tinytoolsstack runs a small collection of free web tools, including Pomodoro and Ratewise. This policy explains what we do and don't collect.

The short version

• Your data in the tools stays on your device. Pomodoro keeps your timer settings and session history only in your browser (localStorage) — we never receive or upload it.
• We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage.
• We don't sell or share your personal information for advertising.

What we collect

On-device data (not collected by us). Some tools store your settings and history in your browser's local storage, on your own device. We never receive it; you can clear it anytime via your browser.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the tools are used in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address; Google acts as our service provider. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, your browser's cookie controls, or by declining in our cookie notice.

Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (IP address, user agent, request time) to deliver and protect the site.

Why we collect it

To operate the tools, understand aggregate usage, and improve them. Nothing more.

Who we share with

• Cloudflare — hosting & content delivery.
• Google — analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights & choices

• Opt out of analytics: use the Google opt-out add-on, block cookies, or decline in our cookie notice.
• Clear on-device data: clear your browser's site data for the tool.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information.
• EEA / UK (GDPR): where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection.

Cookies

We use cookies only for Google Analytics. You can disable them in your browser or decline via our notice.

Children

The tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
